If you need an inspection, get in touch with Marc Winston from 2cc. He did a great job for us and is only and inspector and therefor not trying to sell you a service unlike a company that rhymes with dorkin.
After the inspection, we went with Rose and they did a great job.

heh, i used to work for a pest control company... the stories I've heard... especially in texas.
make sure they give you free callbacks...
I'm still having trouble getting someone to actually come to my house. They are helpful and willing . . . and can't come right away. Hmmmm.
